 1.  (1)  Chivas USA  7-1-3  Chivas USA dominated for the majority of the game conceding a Lopez free-kick goal. Lillingston made his case for his inclusion in the starting Xl. Will Chivas USA defeat the red-hot Fire?
2.  2  Chicago Fire  4-0-6  With a 1-0 win against the NYRB, the Fire could earn a first place ranking, but must defeat Chivas USA at home. Could the Fire lose their first game?
  3.  (3) Seattle Sounders   4-2-4  The Sounders escaped the unfriendly confines of Dick Sporting Goods Park. The altitude draining surroundings did not affect the Sounders the way that many had suspected. What has affected them are the MIA status of Ljungberg and Evans. Will Alonso's injury take a toll on the Sounders?
  4.   (8)  TFC  4-3-4  With TFC impressing on offense and maintaining a stable defensive presence, TFC appears one of the frontrunners in MLS. Guevarra, Dichio, and DeRo offer the stabilty to make a deep run. Watch out!
 5.     (4)  DC United  3-1-7  DC United struggle against a struggling RSL, a few wins could keep them in the top five for a while. If it weren't for slow starts from other teams, they would be rated lower. Can anyone say "We want more Pontius"?
 6.   (4)  Colorado Rapids  3-2-4  The Rapids should have finished off the oxygen-less Sounders. Conceding a late game goal to the Sounder will not move you up in the rankings. Although Casey performs at a high level, the Rapids still need a #10. Luis Figo has stated that he would be interested in playing in MLS. With Figo, Colorado Rapids would go from playoff poser to contender.
 7.  (6)  Houston Dynamo  4-2-3  How can you win your game and move down in the rankings? The Dynamo did defeat the SJ Quakes. Once their offense can prove offensive potency, the Dynamo will propel itself to a top four ranking. Will Dominic Oduro make an impact for the Dynamo? Ying and Yang will now be named Ching and Yang.
 8.  (7)  KC Wizards 4-4-3   The Wizards should be thankful for earning a point against Chivas USA who dominated for over 65 minutes of the game. Claudio Lopez's set piece goal demonstrated that he still has a good touch. What happened to the beautiful soccer that they played against RSL?
  9.   (11)  Columbus Crew  2-2-6  After defeating San Jose 2-1, are the Crew going to make a run for the playoffs? GBS has tallied a 3 game goal streak. The rest of his team needs to step up. Another loss means that their playoff hopes are dwindling.
 10.  9  Real Salt Lake  3-5-2  If it weren't for other horrible teams in the bottom half of the MLS, RSL would be close to the bottom. What happen to Yura Movsisyan? He looked really good in preseason and poised to experience a break-out year. It's time to start to do the wheeling-and-dealing.
 11. 12  New England Revolution  2-3-4  As the Revs plead for Twellman to make a triumphant return, the Revs must acquire another forward to stabilize their attack. Shalrie Joseph needs to move back to his midfield role. Playoffs don't appear to be an option this year.
12    13  LA Galaxy  1-1-7  The LA Galaxy offense could only muster one goal while playing a man up for over 60 minutes. What happened to Buddle? I am starting to miss Ruud Gulitt.
 13.  12  NY Red Bulls  2-6-3  Albert Celades, Seth Stammler, Kevin Goldthwaite, and Mac Kandji would illustrate the positives for NYRB. The negative will fill this box and then some. JPA is not playing well, and NY played better than the Fire but lost. I have officially declared my soccer man-crush on Mac Kandji. His play obligates me to tune in to watch his games.
 14.  14  FC Dallas  1-6-3  When will Coach Hyndman start to insert the younger players that are performing better than the veterans? Shea and Guarda looked impressive during their 1-1 draw. Does Saragos want to get his coach fired? The 3-5-2 is working well for the Hoops.
 15.   15  San Jose Earthquakes  1-6-2  If this team were in the English Premier league, they would draw comparisons to Derby who employed both Eddie Lewis and Benny Feilhaber. Thankfully for Quake Fans, relegation will not derail their season. The quakerade has been discontinued, and those who drank it might have lasting side effects.

Although the Dynamo should have moved up in the rankings, their recent offensive displays still warrant another week to evaluate their play. If the Dynamo can string together a few strong performances against solid teams, they could shoot up to a top four ranking. TFC catapoulted into the top four with a magnificent display of offense and solid defense. After the ninth position, all the remaining teams prove why they could be ranked in the bottom of the MLS barrel. San Jose should be relegated for their poor or lack of off-season acquisitions.

Who performed the best in week 10? Are you surprised by the Dynamo's inactivity in the Rankings? Will Conor Casey receive another call up to the National Team? Share your thoughts.
